Anker ships only to eligible addresses in the United States. Standard Shipping is free on every U.S. order.

Processing and transit

Orders normally require 1–2 business days to process. After shipment, standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not business days. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the order email after a carrier accepts the shipment. Carrier scans can take time to appear.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact us promptly if the shipping address is incorrect. An address change cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. For a delayed, lost, damaged, or misdelivered package, send the order details to our team so we can review the carrier information and assist.
